The Lord has impressed me to teach in any place that the people are hungry for the “Word of God” and hungry for the “Move of the Holy Spirit.” He’s directed me to teach by precept and example … concerning His desire to manifest His love and His presence.
Most recently, I’ve been holding “Healing Revivals” and “Holy Ghost Meetings.” These meetings usually go on for several days. We begin by studying examples in the Word, and reflect on the ways God manifests Himself. Then, after we have an understanding of what it is that the Lord desires to accomplish, it’s easier to “set our faith” for Him to do exactly that, in our presence.
Sometimes people don’t know what we mean by “set our faith.” Well, the Bible teaches that God will do what we expect Him to do. “… thine expectation shall not be cut off.” (Proverbs 23:18) However, in order to really expect the Lord to do something, we must first build our faith concerning whatever it is that we’d like Him to do.
There’s only one way to build our faith. We’ve got to find examples in the Scriptures that illustrate God doing something, and then keep confessing those Scriptures, over and over … because faith only comes by hearing the Word of God … over and over. Given time, we’ll find ourselves believing what we have been confessing, and we’ll develop an “expectation” that God will indeed, do just exactly what He said!
The bible declares, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent (or change His mind): hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” (Numbers 23:19) When we develop an “expectation” that the Lord will do something, based upon the promises in His Word, He will do it! He will make it good!
My commission is to help the Saints of God develop the faith, the expectation, and the atmosphere for which He is searching. “For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.” (2 Chronicles 16:9) God desires to show himself strong and do wonderful things, but He must find those to whom He can reveal Himself.
My goal is exactly the same as that of the Apostle Paul: “And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.” (1 Corinthians 2:4-5) During my time with you, I expect “demonstrations of the Holy Spirit” and “demonstrations of the power of God.” As always, I encourage everyone to keep their eyes on the Lord; and to give God all of the Glory … and all of the credit … for everything that’s accomplished during the meetings.
If your church or group is hungry for a touch from God, please contact us to discuss scheduling a meeting, or series of meetings. It would be my great privilege to serve you.
